We aim to despatch your order within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of payment.

Cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hours of ordering. 

Returns are accepted up tp 30 days, we are not responsible for return postage costs. Returns of paintings are not accepted.

Our products are very carefully packed to ensure a safe journey to you. Damages during delivery are very rare, however in the event of damage, you must notify us within 48 hours from receipt with visual evidence of the damaged packaging and damage to the item in order that we can decide on further action that needs to be taken.

We have a flat rate delivery charge within the UK. For international deliveries postage will depend on the destination.

All our products have a very strong colour dependance, however, there can be a variation in  screen resolution which may also be apparent when viewed in natural light. Therefore returns can not be accepted purely for colour unless there has been a packing error where for example a green  item has been packed instead of the ordered red . We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase as our products are alwasy better viewed in natural light.
